Terms and Conditions of Use 2wiin

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 2wiin ("Platform", "us", or "the Company"). This document, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines published on the platform, constitutes the entire agreement between you and 2wiin.

By accessing, registering, logging in, or using any service provided by 2wiin, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms contained herein. This acceptance takes effect with or without a physical signature — the act of using the platform is sufficient as your consent.

In the event of a discrepancy between a translated version and the official Malay version of this document, the Malay version shall serve as the definitive reference.

To register and use the services of 2wiin, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years of age on the date of registration;
• Is an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where the use of this service is prohibited or unlawful;
• Never been banned from using the platform's services due to any prior violation of terms;
• Acting in your own personal capacity and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

If at any time you no longer meet these eligibility requirements, you must immediately cease using the platform and notify the 2wiin support team.

Each user is only permitted to hold one account registered with 2wiin. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using the same or different names, phone numbers, IP addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The information to be provided includes:

• Full name as shown on official identification;
• Valid identification card or passport number;
• An active and reachable mobile phone number;
• A valid and active email address;
• Bank account details for withdrawal purposes.

The Identity Verification (KYC) process is mandatory before your first withdrawal can be processed. You may be asked to submit a copy of your identification document, proof of address, or other additional information for verification purposes. Refusal to submit the required documents may result in temporary suspension or account closure.

All deposits to the 2wiin must be made through payment methods supported by the platform. Deposits made via unofficial or unrecognised third-party methods will not be credited and may not be refundable.

The general terms and conditions relating to deposits are as follows:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set based on the chosen payment method and the member's VIP level;
• All deposits are credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR);
• Successfully processed deposits cannot be reversed once credited to the gaming account;

• Deposited funds must originate from a legitimate source and be the sole property of the registered member.

Withdrawal requests can be made at any time through the Withdrawal in your account. All withdrawals will be processed to the bank account that has been registered and verified under the same member's name.

• Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account registered in the member's name — no exceptions;

• The first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification before it can be processed;
• Withdrawal processing time is typically between 5 minutes and 24 hours, depending on the chosen method and the member's VIP level;
• VIP members enjoy faster withdrawal processing priority compared to standard members.

2wiin reserves the right to suspend any withdrawal request for security verification purposes if unusual account activity is detected, or if the rollover requirement for a bonus has not been fully met.

All bonuses and promotions offered by 2wiin subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. Members are responsible for reading and understanding those terms before accepting any bonus.

• Each bonus has its own rollover requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be made;
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per offer unless otherwise stated;
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and will result in the closure of all associated accounts;
• 2wiin reserves the right to void any bonus granted in error or obtained through dishonest means;
• The bonus validity period is stated in the relevant promotion terms and cannot be extended.

All games available on the platform 2wiin uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by internationally accredited independent auditing bodies. The outcome of every game is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• Members agree to play fairly and not use any software, bots, automated tools, or methods that provide an unfair advantage;
• Any attempt to exploit system bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform is prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings;
• Game results that have been logged in the platform system are final and cannot be disputed once the round is complete;
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active round, the platform will resolve that round based on data stored in the system.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 2wiin will never request your password through any communication channel.

• Use a strong and unique password that is not used for any other account;

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members;
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices;
• Report immediately to the support team if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Any activity that occurs in your account is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to us in writing before the activity in question took place. 2wiin is not responsible for any losses resulting from your negligence in maintaining the security of your account.

2wiin reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions;
• Fraud, including identity fraud, chargeback fraud, or the use of unauthorised payment methods;
• Multiple account registrations or bonus abuse;
• Providing false or misleading information during the registration or KYC process;
• Inappropriate, threatening, or unlawful conduct towards staff or other members;
• Suspected money laundering or terrorism financing activity.

You also have the right to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid balance in your account will be returned once all necessary checks have been completed, provided there are no term violations related to that balance.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 2wiin is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes;
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond the platform's control;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence;
• Losses arising from reliance on information provided by third parties.

Maximum liability amount 2wiin to you under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you within the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.

2wiin reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will take effect upon publication on the platform.

We will endeavour to notify members of material changes via registered email or in-platform notifications. However, the responsibility to periodically review these terms rests with you as a member. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms are published will be deemed as your acceptance of those changes.
